I became a tour-guide!
| so my recent activity is basically bringing people to visit places in hong kong! which i really enjoyed it =) it's so amazing that we can meet up people from all over the world. over the past 2 weeks, i met ppl from the US (most of them are from NY!! =D), europe, and some asian countries.. at first i felt like I have to make them fully utilize their time here.. to visit places as many as they can. conversation with them should be informative, like providing history or back ground info. about different places here.. I was a bit worried cuz im not really that familiar with those stuff.. hahhh thats y im a science major cuz i hate history LOL.. but then i realized its totally different after meeting up with them =D | |
| I brought lance n his exchange friends to tsim sha tsui (somewhere at the center of HK) for dinner.. what they concerned a lot was about my history instead of HK history!! n today it was the first time in person to meet allison's high school friend at MK (a famous hang out spot), we only email n fb msg for a few times.. n i share my testimony during dinner at cha chen teng.. its so awesome that how Christ brought different people together at such a tiny spot in the world!!! I feel like people can be united no matter where they are from (or what they like to eat) IN CHRIST!! thanks god for this beautiful month. i was really pleased when i saw how they got so excited just because of the tall shopping mall or a bowl of wun tung noodle, which im so used to see or eat here.. they make me feel more thankful to what i have in hk and how sufficient god has provided me =) | |
| one more thing! they reminded me those days in Stony and NY... i really miss my dear friends there, esp IV people =( | |
| PS I LOVE IV!!!! LOL |
